I am a BACP accredited counsellor with over 20 years experience, my practice is located in Barnet, North London. Counselling sessions take place in a quiet, private, confidential, non-judgemental environment and I work according to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

How can I can help you?

People see me for a wide variety of reasons such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self sabotage, phobias, drug or alcohol abuse. Often they are trying to get back some control over themselves and their lives.

I have worked extensively with individuals who have experienced various addictions.

  • Drug
  • Alcohol
  • Sex addiction
  • Eating disorders

I worked with the Samaritans for 9 years, which gave me a broader understanding of empathy and active listening.

What happens next?

I offer a free initial assessment where we can discuss your reasons for seeking counselling and to see how best counselling can help you. I think it is important for you to find the right counsellor for you, therefore I encourage you to take a few days to decide if you would like to continue to have counselling with me.

Should you want to continue, I would look to see you once a week, long term or short term, however the decision would be entirely yours, so we would discuss this together.

Fees are £40 per session and a session lasts for 1 hour.

I also offer reduced rates for students and people on low income.

I would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have about counselling and whether or not I might be the right therapist for you.

Please feel free to call me on: 07783 929 208 for a brief chat, or message me.
